**Associate Nurse Unit Manager**

- **Based at Royal Park Campus, Parkville**:

- **Full Time & Part time ongoing opportunities**
- The Rehab/GEM ward is a 40 bed ward boasting a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, as well as a supportive and rewarding environment. There are two streams of care on the ward; Fast Stream Rehab that specialises in neurological rehab, amputee rehab, chronic pain, orthopaedic/musculoskeletal rehab and Aged Care (GEM) Rehab that specialises in the care and support of the elderly. This challenging and rewarding role provides the opportunity to make significant contributions to the team and the patient’s recovery.

**Your new role**
- Assume responsibility for 20 patients as there will be 2 ANUMs per AM & PM shifts
- Manage the nursing and related resources available to the department
- Set the clinical standards to achieve a high quality of nursing care
- Assume the responsibilities and authority of the NUM in their absence
- Knowledge of the administrative operation of the department
- When appropriate, be involved in the delivery of direct patient care

- An AHPRA registered Nurse with ward experience and are willing to work within our supportive and dedicated multidisciplinary team.
