Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Media, the Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for the execution and management of digital marketing (search, display, social and programmatic) campaigns by the design and build of campaigns in platform, supporting the performance of campaigns through reporting and insight driven outcomes and liaising with key business stakeholders through the campaign lifecycle.

**Responsibilities in the role**:

- Coordinate, execute and support established digital (search, social, programmatic, video, display) strategies and campaigns.
- Support the analysis, testing and performance monitoring of digital campaigns, and ensure results are used to inform future campaigns.
- Monitor and manage reporting and insights regarding digital campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the scheduling and programming of digital advertising initiatives in liaison with the business and key stakeholders, and manage day-to-day liaison with digital infrastructure vendors and relevant internal and external platforms.
- Maintain and support campaign budget and financial performance, including invoicing and regular reporting on costs.
- Act as an initial point of contact for stakeholders in relation to digital marketing campaigns.
- Act as a custodian of the Allianz brand, ensuring alignment and consistency of brand messaging across marketing material.
- Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes and procedures to enable an effective operating rhythm and proactively manage risk.

**To be successful in the role**:

- You'll have Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or similar.
- You'll also have demonstrated experience in digital marketing platforms across either search, display, online video or social media.
- Have prior experience in managing successful digital marketing end to end
- Have worked currently or previously in an agency environment
- Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies is preferred.
- Experience in design thinking and customer journey mapping.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with Adobe Experience Suite, Google Marketing Platform or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
