**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the administrative needs of the Advantec teams
- Fulfilling the administrative needs of the Rental business, including booking, scheduling, asset management and maintenance of asset tags of rental equipment
- Assisting with the summarizing of project costs vs estimates for review of the Advantec Manager
- Support the National Advantec Manager in ensuring the Advantec team in its entirety perform in line with
- Company expectations with regard to documentation, to ensure the correct processes are being followed.
- Ensure invoicing accuracy, invoice targets and promote any threats to the business
- Assist with vendor creations, raising purchase orders, goods receipting vendor invoices and liaising with vendors regarding open orders & invoices
**What you need to Succeed**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- A positive and proactive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn in house systems
- Previous experience in project management will be highly advantageous
