**About the role**

A full-time role, based in Carole Park, QLD and reporting to the Business Manager; you will be responsible for daily supervision and training of our Scaffold branch and its team.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Lead, train, develop and mentor your Scaffold team members
- Working closely with the operations team to coordinate and plan daily/weekly installations and dismantle schedules for crew
- Compliance and safety, ensuring support for day-to-day technical troubleshooting and problem solving
- Planning equipment maintenance and repairs schedule
- Driving our Buildsafe Workplace Culture - fostering a positive culture where excellence and teamwork is paramount
- Ensuring day to day business activities are running effectively and liaison with internal departments including Operations, Sales, HR, Compliance to drive business performance, efficiencies and continuous improvement

**About you**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience supervising and leading a large crew of up to 10 people
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Scaffold experience and product expertise preferably in residential construction
- Ability to work under pressure with exceptional time management
- Problem solver and solution focused
- Sound to intermediate level of computer skills and the ability to work with in-house programs and software
- Ability to be flexible with work hours to meet operational needs (early starts from 5am)
