**You will be involved in**:

- A comprehensive mix of employment matters; such as
- Workplace & Industrial Relations, FWC Claims, WH&S, Discrimination, and Harassment.

**You will have/be a**:

- Lawyer/Associate** (2-5 PQE)**; with
- An understanding of Australian employment law;
- The ability to manages files and run both litigated & unlitigated caseload; and
- Prior experience and knowledge of the Fair Work Commission and Federal (Circuit) Court will be advantageous.
