An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Allied Health professional to join our dynamic team in the position of **Occupational Therapy Manager**. You will work closely with the other high-performing Allied Health Managers to deliver quality care to our consumers.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager Allied Health Business Services, you will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of Occupational Therapy Services across our multi-site organisation including providing exceptional clinical support and leadership to the OT team.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 5+ years post graduate clinical experience including at least 2 years in a management role
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Prior experience working in an aged care setting with advanced proficiency using cognitive/dementia screening tools
- Advanced communication skills (both oral and written)
- High levels of emotional intelligence
- Excellence in the use of auditing tools to monitor service quality and delivery
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Effective time management skills
- Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Driver’s Licence with own transport and willingness to travel across all campuses
In addition to the essential criteria, you will be innovative in your approach with the capability of driving continuous improvement and be able to ensure the effective and efficient utilisation of resources within Occupational Therapy.
