An exciting opportunity has been created for a Public Relations Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team at Seed Heritage.

Reporting to the Public Relations & Communications Manager, this role will contribute to Seed Heritage brand communication with a focus on PR, Influencer marketing and events, working closely with our Social Media Specialist.
- Please note: This is a fixed term contract of 12 months_

**THE ROLE**:

- Assist in developing and implementing a new PR/influencer strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
- Manage monthly PR/influencer campaigns, including talent briefs for high-quality UGC content that engages target audience.
- Stay updated on social media trends and influencer landscape to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor influencer programs daily, report on talent performance, and ensure key metrics align with the PR strategy.
- Support key partnerships with influencers and PR execution.
- Assist in planning and supporting new store launches and in-store activities.
- Support PR event budget management
- Oversee influencer strategy, reporting, and execution of events.
- On-site 5 days per week in our St Kilda Rd offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Minumu 3-4 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaigns
