We are looking for an organised and experienced person to fill the role of Receptionist/Business Support Officer in the Office of The Hon. Ryan Park MP, Minister for Health, Minister for Regional Health, Minister for the Illawarra and the South Coast.

This is a full-time office-based role, which is located at 52 Martin Place Sydney.

We are searching for a presentable, proactive and diligent person, who is keen, dedicated and who can exercise sound judgment at all times.

**About You**:

- You have the ability to work under pressure and can build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- You are an excellent communicator, have strong organisational skills and have excellent attention to detail.
- You have the ability to manage confidential information.
- You are adaptable, resilient and agile.
- An understanding of the NSW Government and political environment is desirable but not essential.

**Key responsibilities**
- 1st point of contact for the office so standards for communication and presentation are high.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Chief of Staff.
- Manage meeting room diaries, including set up and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate and effective record management systems.
- Provide relief cover for the Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the Minister.
- Assist in administrative functions for meetings and events, including catering.
- Provide information to stakeholders and visitors ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner.

**Salary**
- $80,000
