As our MTP Infrastructure Change Manager, you’ll play an integral part of Victoria’s Big Build by being responsible for the development and delivery of organisational changes, supporting the integration of training activities that will effectively support the Metro Tunnel Project changes.
To “hit the ground running”, you’ll need to thrive at stakeholder management, and use your solutions-focussed mindset to ensure that the change management strategy is consistent with not only Metro’s obligations, but also our stakeholder’s needs.
This is a people focussed change management position, so you’ll need to be a dynamic communicator to excel in the role, relying on your pragmatism and discipline to ensure that all Infrastructure changes are aligned, coherent, and efficient.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Execute a change management methodology for Infrastructure changes, acknowledging each aspect of the process: Business Readiness, Job/Organisation Impacts, Leadership Stakeholder Management, Communication/Engagement, and Infrastructure staff training.-
- Design, develop, and deliver the communications relevant to the change initiative, with specific focus on CYP and Project Co. Scope.-
- Support the coordination of a training plan, ensuring staff are ready for MTP milestones.-
- Review and assess each stakeholder’s position in relation to the project, tracking stakeholder management activities and problem solving wherever necessary.-
- Prepare impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes, assessing change readiness for CYP and Project Co. Scope.-
- Measure the effectiveness of the change techniques being applied, seeking continuous improvement whilst adhering strictly to internal and external regulations, such as OH&S.-
- Provide progress updates to the Head of MTP & MAR Infrastructure Readiness Manager.**About you**:
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in Business Management, Communications, HR, Human Centred Design.-
- Min. 10 years' experience working in Change Management or Learning and Development.-
- An expert in leading the design and development of blended learning programmes.-
- Track record of engaging and collaborating with stakeholders, both internal and external.-
- A dynamic leader who is structured and disciplined, with a solutions-focussed mindset.Understanding of Business Process re-engineering concepts and methodologies.-
- Able to analyse data, write and present reports, and undertake complex projects.-
- Demonstrated experience within the rail industry or similar - highly desirable.**Ready to apply? Great**
