**In this role, you'll**:
You will partner with Hiring Managers from Sydney Trains & NSW Trains businesses to provide a professional and engaging hiring experience.

As a trusted advisor to the business, you will have a curiosity to understand the unique needs, organisational cultures and key responsibilities in order to secure top talent.

As an experienced Talent professional you will enjoy building deep and lasting relationships with business leaders and thrive in a dynamic, agile, and fast-moving work environment.

You will be experienced in managing the full end to end recruitment processes to deliver quality recruitment outcomes. As a seasoned Talent professional you thrive in providing market insights in partnership with Hiring Managers to help understand job requirements, identify the best sourcing solution and develop and manage advertising to ensure compliance and quality of recruitment processes.

Role description.

**About you**

You’ll have previous experience ideally recruiting within the engineering, construction sectors and have worked within large, complex matrix environments to support business outcomes through the identification of talent.

Your flair for managing through complexity and linking talent, learning and business outcomes, will see you shine in this role.
