In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in our mission to make data-driven decisions that power our growth for BINGE. You’ll leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and cutting-edge insights to solve complex business challenges, influence strategy, and help us continue delivering world-class streaming services to millions.

We’re looking for someone with a natural curiosity, a knack for problem-solving with data, and a passion for delivering insights that drive real impact. Whether you’re developing and automating dashboards, diving deep into customer behaviour, or collaborating across teams, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of streaming entertainment in Australia.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful analytical insights that directly influence business strategy and decision-making.

+ Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that empower teams and deliver insights in real time.

+ Storytelling with Data: Communicate complex findings in a clear, actionable way that resonates with stakeholders and drives informed decisions.

+ Use advanced analytics to solve business challenges and help predict and shape future outcomes.

+ Help build an internal self-service analytics platform, empowering teams to explore and answer their own business questions.

+ Be a Trusted Partner by building strong, reliable relationships across the business by delivering accurate and timely insights that move the needle.

**What We’re Looking For**:
+ A passionate problem-solver with a strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence.

+ A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, working across different functions to create meaningful impact.

+ Experience with advanced analytics and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).

+ A knack for visualizing data and telling compelling stories that make complex insights easy to understand.

+ A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the evolution of our data-driven culture.

+ A genuine passion for **sports** and **entertainment** industries - understanding both the product and the customer is key

+ Bachelor’s degree level qualification specializing in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field
