In close consultation with relevant allied health stakeholders in the region, this position’s key responsibilities are to lead a collaborative project to scope and implement targeted strategies to enhance recruitment and retention of the allied health workforce in the Loddon Mallee Region, including:
- Enhanced utilisation of the allied health assistant (AHA) workforce
- Scoping of Allied Health Rural Generalist Program or similar initiatives
- Optimising allied health graduate recruitment and investigation of cross-organisation rotation and supervision models
- Development of systems and resources to enhance AH workforce data collection/analysis and support
- Promote working in Allied Health in the Loddon Mallee region
This is a job share arrangement for 2 days per week. The successful applicant will have flexibility regarding work location.
