We seek a proactive HR generalist to take on the role of **HR Officer** to join our corporate team reporting directly to our Managing Director.
**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for an organized and experienced **HR Officer** to manage the HR function at Spec Services with a team of over 120.
We are seeking someone who
- Enjoys working with people and seeing others succeed.
- Manages themselves with integrity, diligence and honesty.
- Proactively communicates with a strong record keeping capability.
- Has success working within a dynamic and fast paced environment, working collaboratively with the corporate team.
- Understands the importance of data integrity.
- Has had experience using and implementing a HRIS system.
The key aspects of this role as HR Officer are:
- **Recruitment and onboarding **needs continually met for the various divisions within Spec Services.
- **Policy improvement** in line with the Fair Work Act, relevant legislation and Awards.
- Proactive process management of **Employee Relations **and **Industrial Relations.**:
- Support the Operations Managers to effectively implement the **Performance Management **process and **Reward & Recognition program** to retain key talent and create a high-performance crew.
- Drive efficiencies of the **Human Resources Information System (HRIS)** database.
