**The Role**

ONJ Admin has a vacancy for a casual admin person to assist during times of staff leave. The days, hours and work location within the centre are varied depending where the shortfall occurs.

Selection Criteria Essential: Highly organised and the ability to prioritise work and multi-task in an extremely busy environment
Essential: Demonstrated excellence in customer service
Essential: Ability to work collaboratively as a supportive member in a large and diverse team.
Essential: Well-developed communication skills including professional telephone technique.
Essential: Accurate keyboard skills and sound administrative skills
Essential: Knowledge of Trakcare and other health information systems
Essential: Good understanding of medical terminology
