If you’re passionate about all things Learning & Development, have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of traditional and modern learning methods and can effortlessly build strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders you might just be the one for us

Our Learning & Development team are seeking a motivated individual, who’s a whiz when it comes to creating training programs and content design, undertaking training assessment, delivery and evaluation across internal training teams and administering online Learning Management Systems (LMS).

This is a multi-faceted role where you will be responsible for driving organisational excellence in training processes, managing Council’s end-to-end learning and workplace development programs. This role requires you to oversee a range of learning elements, including:

- Developing and implementing the annual Learning and Development program to address specific business needs
- Partnering with Senior and Middle Management to design and deliver bespoke training programs
- Oversight of reporting from the LMS
- Coordination of Apprenticeship/Traineeship and Undergraduate programs
