**Your new role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main purpose in this role is to provide quality administrative support to all areas of the office. A newly created role in response to rapid company growth, you will work closely with advisers to provide exceptional service to clients.
Key duties will include
- Be first point of contact for specific area of the business
- Maintain client files and ensuring accuracy
- Answer client queries
- Provide general administration support to advisers
