We also recognise that healthcare doesn’t stop after testing. Research is at the heart of what we do at Seer, and we’ve been leading the field in understanding seizure cycles and developing a seizure risk forecaster that will change the lives of millions living with uncontrolled epilepsy.

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage the inventory in our warehouse as well as the delivery of Seer Home Systems and consumables to our clinics in Australia
- Receive deliveries from suppliers, ensuring quality checks are completed, goods are delivered in good condition and put away to correct storage locations.
- Escalate any delivery discrepancies with suppliers and reconcile purchase orders and invoices at month end
- Establish strong working relationships with transport carriers and ensure that service levels are maintained
- Own the order pick, pack and shipment process.
- Implement and maintain inventory management best practices including the implementation of a central inventory store
- Control the flow of inventory ensuring deliveries of critical materials are available to the manufacturing team on time and in full
- Work to ISO13485 quality standards when facilitating inventory movements
- Work within a dynamic start-up environment, playing a key role in the implementation of key policies and procedures
- Work with a smart like-minded individuals who are making a difference within the med-tech manufacturing industry

**Your experience**:

- 3-5 years experience having worked in a logistics or inventory management role
- Qualifications in supply chain, procurement or business administration
- ERP experience
- Worked within a ISO13485 environment in the medical or pharma industry (desirable)
