**The Role**:
AG Uni, a subsidiary of Accent Group, is an exclusive training program designed to foster personal and professional growth while embracing the Accent culture and upskilling out team members.
Partnering with an Registered Training Organisation (RTO), AG Uni provides nationally recognized certification opportunities to team members.
As the AGUNI Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, sharing the Accent culture, and providing mentorship to individuals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various brands within the Accent Group to ensure the training program aligns with their unique cultures and processes.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our teams, focusing on developing their skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Create and update comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources, to support effective training delivery.
- Promote the Accent culture by sharing knowledge, best practices, and core values with employees at all levels.
- Provide individual mentorship and guidance to team members, assisting them in their professional growth and helping them achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with brand representatives and store managers to contextualize training content and ensure it aligns with specific brand requirements.
- Conduct store visits to gather feedback, understand brand cultures, and identify areas for improvement within the training program.

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Proven experience as a senior manager in a retail environment, preferably as an Area Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using MS Teams for remote training delivery and collaboration.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, or a willingness to learn and develop proficiency.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members at all levels.
- Demonstrated passion for training and talent development, with a keen interest in helping individuals reach their full potential.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring training materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
