**What the role involves**
The Supporter Care Officer is the first point of contact for supporters and prospective supporters.
- Build and maintain quality relationships with supporters (Donors) - new and existing
- Respond to a range of enquiries and providing a high level of service - change details, tax receipts and more
- Seek to retain supporters
- Follow up on lapsed donors and seek to increase donations from existing donors where possible
- Inspire supporters and grow loyalty in order to increase revenue
- Inputting donations into the database
- Address supporter needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner

- Excellent customer service experience
- Someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Minimum 12 months continuous experience in call centre environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuinely passionate about making a difference.
- Ability to retain customers and grow donations where possible
