**Support Officer - HR Operations**

**What you'll be doing**
As a Support Officer, you’ll provide timely and efficient administrative support to HR Operations, ensuring accurate and secure management of personnel records.
- Maintain and update electronic personnel files with precision
- Scan and upload documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Respond promptly to internal stakeholder enquiries and requests
- Assist with process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team
- Uphold privacy and confidentiality standards in all tasks

**How to Apply**
- Proven ability to provide administrative support in the provision of a customer focussed service within a busy office environment.
- Strong customer service skills demonstrating a focused and responsive approach to managing enquires.
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of efficient records management systems and providing an efficient filing service in a high volume office environment
- Suitable communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to meet deadlines
- Ability to undertake various administrative tasks and perform duties with attention to detail, confidentiality, discretion and flexibility
- Competent skills in computer use and relevant software programs eg. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to adapt to internal software systems
