**Client Profile**

Our client has created a brand new space that can only be described as a life for less ordinary behaviour. A club for members who want to work or work out, relax and unwind or wine up and indulge. A club where a workday can feel like a holiday, and a yoga class can turn into a quiet noble bender.

As Club Manager you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue and be the face of the space. You will continue to build and guide a strong and engaging management team, develop and retain an enviable member and client base, and provide an amazing customer experience. With a focus on food and beverage this is a role for an experienced restaurant manager or similar.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- 5 years experience in a restaurant, club or premium hospitality environment
- A hands on management style and fearless hosting capabilities
- An engaging, warm personality and the ability to build instant rapport
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- A high attention to detail and an ability to anticipate member needs
- Knowledge of financials including budgets, P&Ls, COGs, labour etc.
- A versatile knowledge of food, wine and the premium hospitality scene
- Experience with guiding and developing a management team
- The ability to network and engage and encourage new memberships and membership renewals

The salary on offer is $90-100,000 plus super, plus a financial KPI linked incentive and of course there are club benefits.
