W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Hotel Manager. As a strategic business leader with a focus on all Hotel Operations, you will ensure operational teams meet the brand’s target guest needs, ensure Talent satisfaction, focus on growing revenue and maximize financial performance. Be daring, think outside the box and experience the limitless fun and development W Brisbane has to offer. Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Keep operational teams focused on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial results
- Responsible for driving strategic development, business planning & negotiation
- Ensures that all operational areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guest experience
- Develops an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and lead its execution
- Makes and executes key decisions to keep the property moving forward towards achievement of goals
- Champions the brand’s service vision for product and service delivery and ensuring alignment amongst the property leadership team
- A hands on leader who will be the key driver of revenue, loyalty and culture with excellent attention to detail
