**About The Role**:
**Job Title**:WHS Advisor
**Location**: Various Endeavour Foundation Sites
**Reports to**: Safety and Wellbeing Operational Lead

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Work Health & Safety (WHS) Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between the Workplace Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team’s strategic vision and the practical implementation of safety initiatives at our sites. You'll provide day-to-day support, guidance, and resources to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our people and the individuals we support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and promote a proactive safety culture by providing timely advice and support to Site Managers, Supervisors, and Team Members.
- Identify and report potential hazards, near misses, work-related incidents, and injuries.
- Drive continuous improvement of safety standards across Endeavour Foundation sites.
- Conduct on-site safety inspections and risk assessments, fostering a collaborative approach with site personnel.
- Deliver engaging WHS training and toolbox talks to teams across various locations.
- Assist in incident response and investigations, ensuring all corrective actions are completed.
- Maintain WHS documentation and resources, ensuring everything is up to date and accessible.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (WHS) or relevant discipline.
- Experience in incident investigation and risk management, with tools such as Taproot/ICAM highly desirable.
- Fire Safety Advisor qualifications are essential for Queensland-based roles.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience as a WHS Advisor or similar role is advantageous, but we’re open to equivalent skills and experience.
- A valid and current driver's licence is required, as this role will involve travel between sites.
