Based in South Melbourne, we work with a range of clients across government, non-profit and ethical private industries. We are full service agency - including public relations, advertising, content, research, design, and production. Your role will be an essential part of driving the progress of our business group, which includes our multicultural consultancy arm CultureVerse.

**What you will be doing**:

- Take ownership of the visual elements of multimedia work for new business pitches. -Uncover new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into projects.
- Work with a wide range of media and design software.
- Prepare layouts, wireframes, storyboards and mock-ups using illustration, text, photography, colour and computer-generated imagery, either by hand or using computer software.
- Produce quality, high-end illustration and/or photography.
- Image retouching and compositing.
- Analyse creative briefs and set project requirements and needs.
- Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, developers, managers, etc.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Proven 5+ years of work experience in a related field
- Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense
- Interest in art, culture, communications, storytelling, and design
- Excellent software skills, especially with design-related tools (Adobe Creative Suite, web design tools like Sketch and Figma, 3D software, other prototyping tools)
- A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation - An understanding of applied storytelling and user/audience behaviour
- Knowledge of multimedia production workflows for online and offline channels
