**The Principal Analyst key responsibilities are:

- Formulate change requirements from existing backlogs incorporating business priorities and strategic alignment and ensure efficient delivery of items from start to finish.
- Ensure that procured services deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner in line with the Service Level
Agreement (SLA) defined in the vendor contract.
- Work collaboratively within the team, building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives,
business representatives, non-government organisations and vendors.
- Establish and maintain governance processes through a Business Reference Group informing prioritisation of requests.
