**About the Roles**
- Fixed-term (Leave Replacement): Full year, Terms 1-4 (2026)
- Fixed-term (Leave Replacement): Three terms, Terms 1-3 (2026)
- Commencement: Term 1, 2026
- Year Levels: Prep to Year 4

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated learning experiences in line with MGGS curriculum frameworks.
- Foster students’ foundational skills in literacy and numeracy, alongside their social and emotional development.
- Create safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environments that support diverse learners.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and team-based approaches within our Junior Years.
- Integrate digital technologies to enhance student learning.
- Uphold MGGS’s Child Safety policies and practices at all times.

**About You**:

- Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or can gain VIT registration. Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Deep understanding of curriculum requirements and best practice teaching strategies
- Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with students and colleagues
- Enthusiastic about introducing innovative, student-centred teaching methods that inspire and engage
- Collaborative and creative mindset, committed to enhancing learning programs and student outcomes
