**The Opportunity**: WA State Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic business builder to lead our Western Australia operations as we expand across Australia, this is your chance to shape the future of our growing brand.
**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Australian General Manager, this is a hands-on, sales-driven leadership role with full responsibility for State P&L. You’ll oversee everything from team development and customer service to mobile repairs and breakdown services, FIFO workforce providing services to major miners, distribution centre and our growing network footprint.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales growth across OEM, corporate, and end-user accounts leveraging our current major contracts
- Expand our footprint by identifying and converting new franchise opportunities
- Support and grow our existing franchise, branch network, and mining services business
- Lead, mentor, and further develop a high-performing team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven business development skills — you thrive on cold calling and closing deals
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
- A natural leader who builds customer-focused, high-performing teams
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel across WA and occasionally interstate
- Strategic sales experience at a state or regional level
