Assistant Centre Manager/educational Lead

An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Assistant Centre Manager/Educational Leader**to join the team and encourage our little one’s true potential in a nurturing environment at our **Hamilton Hill, Genius**childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
The modern, purpose-built facilities set the scene for inspired learning every day. The children and educators have access to a range of resources that will support the children to develop their cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills.

Outdoors, the space is bright and colourful, offering something new for the children to explore at every turn. They can play in the sandpit, ride their bikes around the track, use the soft play equipment or engage in creative activities.

**Your new role**:

- Assist the Centre Manager with the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care
- Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.
- Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolves to meet the highest standard.
- Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.

**What YOU need**:

- Diploma-level early childhood qualification, Bachelors degree would be advantageous but not required (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare Industry
- Experience with administrative procedure, curriculum development, and staff professional development and training.
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
