**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Early Childhood Education
- Strong working knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Exceeding Themes
- A collaborative, adaptable leadership style
- Confident with digital tools and centre management systems
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification
