An Immediate Opportunity Exists For Energetic, Smart, Self Motivated Paralegal / Legal Assistant To Join One Of Largest Firms Based In Brisbane CBD To Work In Immigration Law / Property Law.
**The Position (Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Australian Migration Law))**
To provide a range of services in the following areas:
- Conducting legal research
- Liaising with clients and following up for documents
- Drafting & Preparing retainers
- Following up with clients on retainers
- Following up payments and identity documents / questionnaires
- Maintaining accurate reporting and file noting in client relationship management system
- Data entry with 100% accuracy
- Document and file management
**Qualities**:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be able to use the Microsoft Office suite of products and be computer literate
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision as part of a team
- Diploma of Law/Bachelor of Laws or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $79,999.00 per year
