Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist, with exposure to ER/IR area, to join this growing tech company

**About the Company**

This organisation was previously a tech start up but are entering in their teenage phase. They provide an industry desired platform advancing internal HR functions and communications to increase cultural engagement. This contract has a duration of 4-6 weeks.

**About the Role**

This role will sit quite autonomous within the People team to create frameworks and processors within the ER/IR space for the global organisation.

**Duties**
- Creating a framework and templates for the people team with processors for ER/IR for AUS/NZ/LND/US
- Creating disciplinary and outcome letters
- Creating templates for note capturing
- Making sure all the framework and templates align with the correct legislative requirements in each country
- Creating templates on how to conduct investigations
- Researching the legislative requirements within each country listed

**Skills & Experience**
- A sound knowledge of human resources theory, principles and practices.
- Exposure to HR in the UK or US is desirable.
- Strong written and research skills.
- Can work autonomously.
