Job Title: Temporary HR Consultant

Location: Melbourne CBD

Organization: Large government body within the public sector, that thrives on early childhood education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process for multiple open positions within the organization
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate job applicants to determine their suitability for the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Stay up to date with current HR and recruitment trends to bring new ideas and best practices to the organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in recruitment and HR
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools
