Australian Vocational Education and Training is seeking energetic, motivated, confident and outgoing Trainers and Assessor to provide a high standard of delivery and assessments to aspiring domestic students for the following proposed qualification/s.

**Experience and Attributes**
- Experience in delivering face to face programs
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate administration/computer skills
- Flexible and high level of self-motivation
- 2+ years training and assessment experience within an RTO
- Ability to follow RTO policies & procedures
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member

**Qualifications**
- The relevant experience.
- Successful completion of TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Industry Qualification at/or above delivery level

**Other**
- Verified Credentials and Trainer Matrix
- Contractors Only (Hold ABN and Insurances)
- Reliable Transport
- Experience with Online Learning Management System.

**To be considered**
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Subcontract, Contract

**Salary**: $35.00 - $67.04 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truganina VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
