Dispatch Manager

Due to an internal move, we now have an opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join the RAC and lead the Roadside Services Dispatch Team based in Joondalup as the Dispatch Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Roadside Delivery, this role is of vital importance to lead and direct the operations of the Roadside Assistance Dispatch function to deliver effective and efficient coordination of mobile services to Members across the State.

**What will you be doing?**

Leading the Dispatch team which comprises of Team Leaders and Dispatchers, you will be empowered to:

- Deliver strategic initiatives from the Service Delivery Business Plan
- Lead the achievement of optimal member experiences
- Empower and develop your team to improve performance and engagement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Delivery
- Manage financial performance to ensure all budget targets are achieved
- Play a vital role in health and safety across Service Delivery
