Motoring Dispatch Team
on a
casual basis
, working flexible shifts between
6:00am and 10:00pm

Monday to Sunday.
*About The Role
Reporting to the
Dispatch Shift Team Leader*
, this role is integral to delivering exceptional member service. You will be responsible for the efficient allocation of roadside resources and maintaining member relationships during vehicle breakdown experiences.

*About The Role*
As a Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:

• Allocating roadside resources efficiently to meet service standards.
• Collaborating with resources, managers, and support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Communicating effectively and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing proactive, exceptional service during member vehicle breakdowns.
• Ensuring workplace safety for yourself, team members, and RAC members.
• Working with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.

*What We Are Looking For In You*
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:

• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in dispatch or logistics environments.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
• Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Service Excellence: A strong focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Adaptability: Willingness to embrace and adapt to change in a dynamic workplace.
