We are looking for a reliable Handyperson with a range of experience to join our growing business, to undertake; upkeep and repair tasks at the interior and exterior of our client buildings by doing various jobs as needed. Predominantly within SYDNEY CBD.

**Reporting to the Minor Works Project Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Undertake all aspects of the Carpentry trade, including reactive and planned maintenance
- Provide efficient and effective customer service
- General repairs and maintenance throughout a broad range of areas within the building
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Get quotes, schedule and assist tradespeople with required jobs
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Monitor the WHSE management system including safe work method statements to ensure hazards are identified, assessed and controlled
- Ensuring safety compliance
- Previous Commercial facilities maintenance experience
- Min 5 Years in Commercial Trade, preferably carpentry
- Strong effective communication skills (written & verbal)
- Exceptional organisational, time management and customer service skills
- Have a good understanding of building maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to administration systems
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (Under 11m) desirable

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
