**Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and passionate Handyperson to assist with the day to day maintenance of a 5 star hotel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel maintenance as necessary
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the Hotel’s mechanical equipment with particular emphasis on the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- General repairs in areas of carpentry, plastering, painting, basic low voltage electrical, plumbing, broken items & general utility skills (licence not required).
- Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair defective components.
- Assist in maintaining building systems.
- 24 hours per week, ideal for students
- Rotating work week, including weekends.

- Previous experience as a handyperson is preferred however not essential as on-shift training can be provided.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.38 - $46.73 per hour

Expected hours: 15.2 - 24 per week
