Moss & Co Consulting have partnered with an international, top-tier
**law** firm on the recruitment of a Resource Operations position within their Forensic Technology/Forensic Accounting team. The role essentially co-leads the Administrative, Resourcing and Operations function within their FTS team.

This role has lots of variety, and different elements to it. The position will see you working within the Forensic Accounting, Cyber Security and eDiscovery space. Supporting on a national scale, with a national team. This is a truly exciting & innovative opportunity.

As this role is working at a high level and has stakeholder management involved, it will be predominantly office based with ad hoc flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities may include;
- Monitor workflow for the team
- Approve Timesheets for Paralegals
- Assisting with Recruitment & Onboarding
- Allocation of Paralegals throughout the firm
- Organise Training & development
- Reporting
- Ad Hoc Administrative/PA duties when required

This role sits within the Forensic & Technology Services team, at a top-tier law firm. You will assist with Recruitment and Resource Operations. Responsible for resourcing, onboarding & end to end recruitment for Paralegals. As well as providing mentorship and support to the Practice Assistants.

This is an integral role for the team, and one which has grown over the years.
