Account Review Representative

In this role you will coordinate account renewals and review processes and assist with general administration tasks. While a prior understanding of music licensing is always handy, it’s not required - full training will be provided. The position is a full-time, permanent role and can be based in any of our Australian Offices.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Working closely with existing clients, to determine their present and future music needs
- Research customer music use information (via the internet) to ensure accurate figures are being supplied in relation to music usage and to obtain contact/location details.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE**:

- Customer service skills and a good phone manner
- Data input accuracy
- Solid negotiation skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Internet research skills
