**About the Role**:
In this newly created position, you will take the lead on joint development programs between Relectrify and our customers to drive smarter, faster, and more effective delivery of technical solutions to customers as they develop energy storage products with Relectrify CellSwitch technology.

Using your exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge, you will define the program requirements including product specifications and scope of works and effective liaise between external stakeholders and Relectrify's team of electrical, mechanical and software engineers to manage expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the programs of work between Relectrify and our customers integrating Relectrify technology into their products, including
- Engaging with customers from pre-sale through to completion of the joint developments
- Defining Scope of Work and responsibilities for delivery
- Detailed definition of product specifications based on thorough understanding of customer requirements and expectations.
- Managing the contributors to deliver the projects on time and within budget including managing variations of scope to provide satisfactory resolutions to both Relectrify and the customer
- Ensuring excellent outcomes delivered to the customer
- Nurturing customer relationships by delivering high quality experiences to customers integrating Relectrify technology into their products

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Relevant engineering qualification
- Extensive experience in program delivery with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with electrical systems, especially including batteries and power conversion
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical customer projects on time and within budget
- Demonstrated professionalism with interactions at all levels of collaborating organisations

**Highly Desirable**:

- Project Management qualification
- Battery Energy Storage System experience
- Experience in start-up / early growth-stage companies and experience shepherding disruptive technology products into established markets.
