**Statewide Cranes** is a growing and dynamic crane hire business that specialises in crane hire and heavy-duty lifting equipment to the manufacturing and construction industry. We are looking for an experienced Operation Coordinator, working with several areas of the business daily. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a diverse and challenging scope of works in the construction space. This role will support the operations by displaying excellent customer service skills and a high degree of administrative competence.

Epping Location | Monday to Friday | FullTime | 38 Hour Week | Salary Range between $70,000 - $90,000 - pending experience | Experience in Crane Industry advantage | 7am to 3:30pm / 8am to 4pm/ or 9am to 5pm

**As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for administrative tasks to ensure all stakeholders receive the best customer experience possible including**:

- Administrative duties, including on-site visitor inductions and maintenance of records for sub-contractors and service suppliers’; insurances, SWIMS, Permits to Work etc.
- Observing Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as per company policy and the Safety Management System
- Maintain information in the health, safety and environment systems (e.g., contractor management, hazard and incident reporting, calendar of compliance events)
- Support and facilitate audits / inspections and write SWIMs, risk assessments, lift studies, etc.
- Identify and report all hazards, incidents and accidents and assist in developing prevention strategies
- Data Entry creating Incident and near miss reports and maintain the incident register
- Enter all new job orders into Assigner
- General filing, mailing and maintenance of filing system
- Working with the management team when required to assist in the management of the daily operational needs

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in providing a high level of administrative support
- Experience with SWIMS & OH&S
- Can adapt quickly to changing and emerging priorities
- Proven high-level interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships and networks and influence and engage key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in the use of a broad range of computer programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
