If so, Computershare has a great opportunity for you to join us as a Client Support Officer. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager group nationally, by providing the highest level of customer service and administrative support. You will be part of a team that is responsible for supporting the Computershare Investor Services business.

This position will give you the opportunity to interact with clients and build relationships externally and internally. Working closely with the Client Support team and Relationship Managers, your role will require an ability to build trust and rapport through your proactive attitude and confidence as you take an energetic approach to your day-to-day activities.

Working with a supportive manager and an experienced team, your role is pivotal to our ability to retain our clients and ensure they are satisfied with Computershare. This role will be a great way to build your knowledge about the business.

It’s okay if you don’t know everything about the role the Client Support Officer position plays at Computershare. As long as you have the acumen for this position, Computershare will engage you in an on-the-job approach to training, as well as eLearning and shadowing to start your journey. This journey continues with working hours between 8:00am-6:00pm and is currently working remotely with the intention of going back into an office environment on a part time basis.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage administrative/housekeeping tasks on internal systems
- Proactively respond and provide solutions to requests from clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in business projects by communicating with relevant business units
- Monitor compliance with service level targets
- Co-ordination of ad-hoc shareholder communications in conjunction with the client
- Organise and attend client meetings with Relationship Managers as necessary
- Complete end of month reporting and other reports as needed.

- Excellent organisation skills
- A good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong administrative experience
- Ability to problem solve
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Keen sense of urgency and time management skills
- Financial Background (preferred).
