We're looking for a **Team Leader** to join our **Assessments** team base at **Kent Town**

So, what's the role?

The aims and objectives of this role are to:

- Provide leadership, input and support to the assessment team within FCS
- Plan, implement and evaluate programs and projects
- This role involves leading and managing teams in different areas, including recruitment, training, placement, supporting diverse placements, contract compliance, therapeutic support, clinical governance, and administration.

**Essential Criteria**
- A degree level qualification in Social Work which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- High level of interpersonal skills in dealing with the public and other organisations as well as
- Accreditation in Step-by-Step 2023 including knowledge and experience in various assessment tools used in assessing foster carers.
- A sound knowledge of the effects of trauma and abuse, attachment issues and behaviour management in relation to children in care
