We do this by providing testing and maintenance services to the real estate industry for smoke alarms, gas, electrical, corded blinds, and water efficiency in rental properties. Due to continued growth, we now have opportunities available for **Customer Service Agents** to join our supportive and innovative business here in **Carnegie, Victoria.**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Answering inbound calls and assisting with customer queries
- Use the Zendesk platform as a main form of communication and logging service tickets.
- Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of DI's in-house CRM and client portal, and be able to coach clients to use these platforms.

**What we’re looking for**

We are looking for somebody with amazing people skills with an energetic personality to match. Someone highly motivated and able to learn new systems with ease will be most suited to this role, as a growing company our services and systems can change so adaptability is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial to be successful in the role.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
