**Urgently hiring Disability Support Workers experienced in ASD**

**Responsibilities**
- Support participants in community participation activities
- To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the participants using a person-centered approach
- To observe and promote the participants’ choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfillment and other rights
- To create and maintain good professional relationships with participants, their family, friends and other stakeholders
- To actively support participants needs

- Experience working in the disability sector
- Experience working with ASD participants
- Cert 3 in Disability / Individual Support
- Driver's license and own a car
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid/CPR certificate
- Current Police check/certificate
- COVID Vaccinations
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a legal entitlement to work in Australia.

Pay: $38.15 per hour
