**Your role**:
**As the Marketing Officer, your responsibilities**:

- Manage Enquiries Mailing Group: Be the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring prompt and informative responses to prospective students, parents, and the wider community.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee and curate our school's social media presence, using your creativity to share stories, events, and achievements, while also engaging with our online community.
- Organise School Events: Plan and execute school events and campaigns that bring our school community together and highlight our unique programs and offerings.
- Design Promotional Materials: Use your design skills to create eye-catching promotional materials such as banners, posters, billboards, and documentation that reflect our school's values and brand.
- Manage School Website: Maintain our school website by updating news articles, calendar entries, contact lists, and documents. Ensure that our digital presence accurately represents the school's latest information.
- Liaise with Community Stakeholders/Feeder Schools: Build and nurture relationships with community stakeholders and feeder schools to enhance our collaborative efforts in education and community outreach.
- Student Photos: Capture the essence of our school community by taking photos of new students and managing photo databases. Upload photos to relevant systems, such as OneSchool and ID attend.
- Manage State School Consent Permissions: Ensure all school activities and promotions are carried out in compliance with state school consent permissions.
- Staff and Parent Newsletters: Create informative newsletters to keep our staff and parents updated on school news, achievements, and upcoming events.
- Create Videos for School Assemblies: Develop engaging video content to be showcased during school assemblies, showcasing our achievements and building school spirit.
- Event Photography: Capture the moments and stories that make our school special through event photography.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the education sector.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creativity and a knack for generating innovative marketing ideas.
