We are currently seeking dedicated Home Help and Community Care Workers to join our team and provide exceptional in-home support to our clients in a casual position.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**

As a Home Help and Community Care Worker, you will:

- Assist clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, and using mobility equipment such as hoists.
- Perform household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation tailored to clients’ specific needs.
- Complete progress notes to efficiently communicate the tasks being completed and the client's well-being.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a supportive and empowering environment.
- Communicate effectively to understand and meet the individual needs of those you support.
- Provide transportation and community access for clients as needed, utilizing your registered and insured vehicle.

**_Qualifications:_**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability (preferred).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Australian Driver’s License and registered, insured vehicle for community access and transport shifts.
- Valid Working with Children’s Check.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance required.
- Working rights in Australia.
