About The Everleigh:
The Everleigh is an intimate cocktail bar, inspired by the Golden Era of fine drinking. A mecca for Melbourne regulars and internationals alike, the expert team deliver warm, intuitive service alongside world class drinks.
Since launching in 2011, The Everleigh has grown from strength to strength with recognition across Australia and around the world. We are wanting the next Venue Manager to drive The Everleigh beyond the heights that have seen many accolades such as Cocktail Bar of the Year and inclusion in the International World 50 Best bars, amongst other acknowledgements from here and afar. We never rest on our laurels and are looking for our next Venue Manager to continue to push our standards higher.
The Everleigh pays homage to the art and finesse of everything that encompasses the classic cocktail - a strong knowledge base, ability to think outside of the norm and having a strong sense of what it means to be truly customer centric.
Who we are looking for:
- An inspirational and service based hands-on leader to nurture and drive an aspirational and growing team with the ability to positively impact the venue culture. You must be someone who is able to embody our ethos: People Before Drinks.
- Experienced in all facets of venue operations including menu costing, stock control and labour management.
- A talent for multi tasking and problem solving - having the ability to reach into your knowledge tool box and be solutions focused.
- Communication is essential to be successful within this venue - in part with this you will need to be confident, organised, and thoughtful with your communication style.
- A strong work ethic - knowing what it takes to be an all round hospitality professional, both inside and outside the venue, with the drive to becoming an influential figure within the company and the industry.
The Venue Manager will report to and work closely with the operations team for professional development and support, with further support by internal and external resources to assist in growth and success both personally and for the venue.

Pay: $60,049.85 - $90,416.63 per year
