**About the Role**:
Anthem in Bowral is seeking an skilled Maintenance person to join our dedicated maintenance team. The applicant will be integral to ensuring the facility is well presented and comfortable for our residents.

This role will include but not be limited to:

- General maintenance tasks including grounds and building duties, furniture removal and relocation, stock takes and general cleaning and lawn mowing, hedging and upkeep of the facility grounds.
- Corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe environment which is upheld by reporting incidents and hazards.
- Reporting and documenting changes in residents care needs an uncharacteristic behaviours, should you witness them.
- Ensuring mínimal disruption to the residents when attending work around the facility and communicating any work required in advance.
- Supporting the Aged Care Quality Standards.

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience working in an Aged Care / Health setting, beneficial but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $22.67 - $25.74 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All visitors and staff are required to wear a mask at the facility and also to take an onsite RAT test priot to entry to the premises.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bowral, NSW 2576: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Criminal History / Police Check (preferred)
- full COVID-19 vaccination status (at least three shots) (required)
