About the Role

Are you an experienced Automation specialist, seeking a new role with scope to guide/influence business thinking based on member value and customer design principles to enhance member experience and engagement?

We are seeking an Auotmation Consultant to lead Automation initiatives and projects in line with RACQ Automation strategy and frameworks.

This includes deploying techniques such as design thinking to identify appropriate automation opportunities, conduct process analysis, reengineering and develop to-be mapping for automation and cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations and business cases creation.
- Lead Automation delivery teams consist of internal team members, business SMEs and external vendors
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, support areas, external consultants and like roles/functions to deliver project objectives
- Lead and project manage Automation projects (one or more in parallel) start to finish in line with Automation strategy and frameworks such as Bot Development Lifecycle
- Produce deliverables and artefacts such as Process Design Documentation, Project Plans, Test Summary reports, Hypercare plans, etc as per the Bot Development framework
- Support the development and testing of Automation initiatives to ensure they meet the business’ needs
- Conduct continuous improvement on automation initiatives implemented and identify opportunities for further automation within the process
- Calculate benefits and provide oversight on benefits realisation as per the approved Benefits Realisation Framework

About You
- 3-5 years experience and strong understanding of any of the Automation tools such as UiPath. Experience in RPA/ChatBots/AI or Machine based transformations or implementation projects
- Ability to lead initiatives and projects end to end
- Practical experience in Agile methodologies
- Data Analytics - ability to collect, analyse and synthesise data and information
- Experience in documenting requirements, use-case, process engineering and process improvement
- Ability to use financial data for forecasting costs and benefits and evaluating Automation performance
- Business Advisory - ability to provide consultation to support senior leadership teams in achieving strategic objectives
- Working knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work both independently and within teams
